GOLD REGISTRATION 

Free Vending Tables must be claimed within 60 days of the upcoming event.

FOR ALL MEMBERS

Members have priority over non-members when holding vending slots, but you must put request in within 60 days of upcoming networking event.

Vending tables are first come first serve, if you are unable to hold vending table for upcoming networking event due to there not being any available slots, we can place you on a holding list for last minute availability, or first in line for a future networking event opportunity.

VENDORS

You will be contacted by a KWE personal to complete a vendors contract. Vendor purchase is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS

If food truck vendor set up is large and requires additional table set up, an additional $35.00 will be included for additional vendor table space.

If food truck vendor needs additional space and needs for KWE to supply the table, a $35 table rental fee will be included on top of the additional $35 fee for additional vendor table space, making the total cost $120.

REGISTRATION ACTIVATION

An Internal and External Policies form must be signed in order for your registration to be active within 7 days. Failure to complete said form within time frame will deem registration inactive and a new registration will have to be filed. Violation to any of KWE’s Internal or External Policies or Bylaws, can result in an immediate termination of your Registration Contract without refund.
